At Capezio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your dancewear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the shipping date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed successfully.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the progress of your refund or exchange.
